Age Restriction — 21+ Only. 5jlg does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register or use the platform in any capacity. Any account found to have been created by a person below the minimum age will be permanently suspended and any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
To access real-money gaming services on the 5jlg platform, you must create a registered account. Registration requires providing a valid Philippine mobile number, which serves as your account identifier, and creating a secure password. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5jlg login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. 5jlg will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You agree to notify 5jlg immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 5jlg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use occurred due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
5jlg may, at its sole discretion, suspend or lock an account if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to: multiple failed login attempts, login from unusual geographic locations, or activity patterns inconsistent with your established usage history. Account restoration following a security lock requires verification through our support team.
Deposits. 5jlg accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), and USDT (TRC20). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are detailed in the Cashier section of the platform. 5jlg does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment sources. All 5jlg transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their own payment provider when using non-PHP-denominated accounts.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. 5jlg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of conflict between a general promotion and its specific terms, the specific terms shall prevail.
All bets placed on the 5jlg platform are governed by the rules of the specific game or sports market selected. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. 5jlg provides game rules and paytable information within each game's interface.
Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, or software error that results in an incomplete game round or an erroneously processed bet, 5jlg reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. 5jlg is not liable for wins or losses resulting from technical errors attributable to the player's device, internet connection, or browser software.
Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets at 5jlg. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be amended from time to time. 5jlg reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on specific accounts at its discretion.
Live Dealer Games. Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Upon account termination for cause, 5jlg reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where termination is due to breach, forfeiture of balances may apply. Where 5jlg initiates termination without cause, any valid balance will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method after deduction of any applicable transaction costs.
